When calling, if you receive voicemail please leave a message so I may call you back. I return calls from a “Private” number that will not be accepted by phones set to block unavailable numbers. If this is the case, please call us back again or request a call-back via email.
1. To place an order, please contact us for availability and reservations by Email or by telephone.
2. Prices do not include shipping & Insurance; these costs vary and are quoted at time of order. Orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and international shipping via Registered Air Mail services. I will not be responsible for uninsured packages once put into the mails and I do not falsify international shipping documents.
3. Payments can be made through the following:
*Check or Money Order, payable to German WW2 Helmets. Checks require 7-10 days for clearance.
* MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted for orders in the U.S. only, orders may be called in by telephone or faxed to us at 610-465-9662.
* PP is also accepted internationally and domestic.
*International payments in U.S. dollars are received through Western Union and bank transfer. Conditions may apply.
4. Reserved items are held for 15 days unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not received within this time, the item will be taken off of reserve.
5. Merchandise is available for lay away for up to 30 days with a 10% deposit.

1. Helmet liners cannot be returned or exchanged, please make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you do not know the correct size, please contact me for assistance.
2. My helmets are finished using custom blended paints specially mixed to replicate the authentic colors and textures of the period. Sorry, but I do not offer my paints for sale.
3. Although I make every effort to insure that my photos are color accurate, they may vary due to the resolution of the monitor on which they are seen.
